Your responsibilities:

In this role, you will actively communicate with our team of digital strategists, fellow designers and art directors to co-create concepts and meet client demands. You will ensure that clients’ messaging and images are conveyed in a brand-appropriate manner, crafting complex graphics, vector illustrations, and design solutions.

Currently the agency is working remotely, so must have ability to work from home until we open back up.

Day-to-day activities:

  • Design vector graphics and illustrations, branding, layouts, infographics, UI visuals, etc.
  • Create innovative content, develop visual campaign concepts, new designs templates and layout options
  • Develop the overall look or style of campaign in tandem with account teams, determining how best to represent a concept visually
  • Produce design requests to appropriate account leads, meeting strict deadlines, and prioritizing requests

Requirements:

  • Bachelor of Arts/Bachelor of Fine Arts/Graphic Design degree and minimum of 4 years' work experience

  • Strong understanding and experience of the creative process: from kick-off to completion.
  • Stay current on art trends, social media visual guidelines and specs, digital design, etc.

THE ROLE

  • Day-to-day duties include:
    • Designing vector graphics, illustrations, print and digital layouts, UI visuals
    • Creating digital and photo mock ups
    • Creating data visualizations and infographics
    • Creating visual content for social media channels
    • Creating design templates for various print and digital tactics
    • Designing print collateral, sell sheets, and informational brochures

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Google Apps Suite 
  • Proficiency with UI tools like Sketch and Invision to develop low- and high-fidelity  design mockups and prototypes 
  • Thorough understanding of best practices and technologies for the web and  experience collaborating with teams of developers for interactive projects   
  • Strong presentation skills to articulate the creative vision, strategy, and project  objectives to both internal and external clients is a must
