The Brand Marketing team houses a collection of clients that range from food to consumer technology and travel. Who You Are

As an Art Director on the creative team at M Booth, you will actively communicate with our team of digital strategists, designers, creative directors, account team and project managers to co-create concepts, design and meet client demands. What You’ll Do

As an Art Director on the creative team at M Booth, you’ll be a key senior member who is inspired in the areas of creative thinking and design. Art Director duties:

  • Client

The creative team at M Booth is looking for an Integrated Producer who will work across the agency’s roster of clients. The Integrated Producer will be responsible for planning and producing a range of video and photo shoots at various budget levels, from ideation through to completion, including partnering with creatives on initial briefs, concepts and shooting; responsible for budgeting, estimating and invoicing, and tracking all costs and overages; getting client approvals on budgets via client procurement platforms; creating the overall production calendar and delivery schedules; sourcing and awarding bids to outside production company partners; agency-production company contracts and video/music licensing contracts; supervising and managing post production, from editing to final approvals; and trafficking final assets to teams, networks or media platforms. The Integrated Producer also has agency producer experience in terms of union shoots, particularly in terms of talent payments and residuals, filing all paperwork in a timely manner with our union signatory, deep knowledge of various media platforms and the talent fees associated with each platform. This role requires interaction with a range of internal and external stakeholders (clients, account teams, creative, entertainment, production companies, legal, union signatory) and managing several work streams simultaneously. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, communicative, and has agency producer experience working directly with production company partners, photographers, videographers and clients to ensure deliverables are of the highest quality, and delivered on time and on budget. 

What You’ll Do:

  • Partner with creative directors and lead multiple and concurrent video and photography projects to guarantee overall quality of work and ensure the project is delivered on time, on budget and free of error.
  • Develops, implements, and manages video project scoping, project timelines, planning and scheduling of internal and external resources, estimating, building project timelines, managing post production, and trafficking of final assets per media plans 
  • Work across account teams to determine the scope of a project, hours allocation, and the necessary resources required.
  • Develop relationships with, and bid projects to, a roster of production partners, and handles all necessary contracts with partners upon awarding of bids
  • Gather and process client feedback throughout the process, and ensure all tasks have been delegated, and next steps are progressing.
  • Understands legalities, paperwork, and logistics of working with union and non-union overscale (“celebrity”) talent and scale talent.
  • Responsible for liaising with paymaster/signatory Extreme Reach, M Booth finance team, and talent management (internal or external) to confirm all necessary talent payments are accounted for, as well as ensure key dates and deadlines are factored into production
  • Handles, in coordination with creative director, all aspects of productions from pre to post, including script supervision, production details, shoot day logistics, post production scheduling and delivery
  • Tracks and reports project budgets and profitability
  • Proactively communicating updates to team, client and leadership as needed
  • Schedule meetings with internal and external stakeholders
  • Trafficking final assets, including coordination with internal or external editors, creating production delivery timetables, and managing delivery of all assets according to media plans.

Who You Are:

As Vice President here on the Lifestyle team at M Booth, you are responsible for running a section of the practice, growing pieces of business as well as the execution of client programs and development of your team.  You possess expert client relations and counseling skills, as well as both people and agency management skills.  This VP will work for Lifestyle brands and is expected to be media + influencer savvy and have the ability to provide strategic thought leadership to an account or multiple accounts.  You are expected to sell in new projects, identify new business and be fully capable to develop and lead strategic, thoughtful presentations.  As Vice President, you are mentoring and developing a team.

The VP is expected to be tenacious in motivating teams, inspiring clients as you go above-and-beyond to understand their business and managing up in an effective manager to senior leadership.

What You’ll Do:

    • Serve as a leader in account management and team performance
    • Responsible for macro team deliverables and client communication
    • Oversee and approve budgets, reviewing client invoices and resource allocation
    • Responsible for the professional development of individuals on the practice team
    • Set performance standards within the practice group  + responsible for the professional development of individuals on the practice team
    • Responsible for profitability of client accounts and overall practice
    • Leads staffing, staff development, and revenue for the team
      • Collaborate with peers to determine staff and resource allocation against accounts
    • Participate in staffing decisions (candidate interviews and hiring)
    • Determine staff and resource allocation against accounts
    • Identify and secure resources needed for clients, campaigns, and staff
    • A strategic voice for the client
      • Provides high-level client counsel on program, setting strategies, manages client expectations and helping team problem solve/come to solutions
      • Challenger of status quo
      • Sell in and negotiate client programs and budgets
      • Leads brainstorming for client programming as applicable
    • Oversee the team leaders of special events + experiential activations (virtual and in-person)
    • Maintains key relationships with clients
    • Identifies and assess new business leads, managing the creative and programming teams and leading new business pitches
    • Serve as senior earned media + influencer strategy consultant for the team and client
    • A problem solver + mentor for the team, providing feedback and guidance
    • Responsible for team updates on yearly plans and assignments
      • Identify and secure resources needed for clients, campaigns, and staff
    • Provide strong editorial support and strategic counsel to teams + clients
    • Supervise and direct account teams on communicating client deliverables
      • Ensures team is delivering on agreed-to strategies

What You’ll Bring:

  • 9+ Years of total experience within the PR space, working on 360 marketing programs (must have an understanding of digital marketing beyond earned media with ability to counsel clients in this space)
  • Expert-level client relations skills
  • Have a strong sense of gravitas and the ability to command a room
  • Deep client networks that span multiple verticals, but exposure to Consumer, Travel, & Retail brands is a plus 
  • Travel from time-to-time and in-person client meetings is required
