THE ROLE

The Associate will report to the Chief Strategy & Innovation Officer of M Booth Health and work closely with the executive leadership team (5 people) on research, strategy, creative, planning and innovation projects central to support business growth during a period of significant organizational change. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

Agency Marketing

  • Conceive, write, and sustain a social media content calendar for MBH social media channels (LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook).

  • Understand billing and activity reporting processes; help track expenses incurred on projects.

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 2-4 years of experience in a PR, global health advocacy or communications setting
  • Experience in running social media channels

Position Overview

The creative team at M Booth is looking for a Project Manager who will work on one of the agency’s largest integrated Creative, PR and Social Media clients in the Lifestyle Group and is responsible for planning, overseeing and driving progress on projects from ideation through to completion. This role requires interaction with a range of internal and external stakeholders, most often managing several work streams simultaneously. The ideal candidate is very organized, proactive, communicative, and has experience working directly with account teams and clients to track programs and ensure deliverables are on time and within the applicable scope and budget. The Project Manager will coordinate between Creative and Account teams  to ensure all aspects of each project are compatible, and will orchestrate outsourcing requests as needed.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Work with account leads and clients to take detailed briefs and clarify specific requirements of each project
  • Assisting in the definition of project scope and timing 
  • Creating, managing and updating timelines and budgets for projects (both short and long term)

THE ROLE

Senior Digital Strategist, Paid Media

M Booth is looking for a Senior Digital Strategist, Paid Media to support brands across the agency including lifestyle, consumer and food & beverage brands. This practitioner will work as the guiding hand in strategy development, implementation and management of digital paid media campaigns across Paid Social, Display, Content Syndication, Paid Search and other digital marketing platforms as needed. In order to be successful in this role, you must have an appetite for new technology, emerging media and strive to understand and embrace the passion that the consumer has for our client's brands. You should feel confident being able to speak to all aspects of paid media campaigns. You will be a key resource for the paid landscape and help charter other media channels as well.

 

Qualifications/Experience

  • Cross channel social marketer, with hands-on experience planning/buying across multiple platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Snapchat, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest and LinkedIn.
  • Experience with Google business tools like Analytics, Tag Manager, Data Studio and Search Console
  • Ability to own paid campaign processes from start to finish, including researching, planning, trafficking, troubleshooting, optimizing and reporting
  • Experience planning and managing paid social ads, paid search, direct to publisher or programmatic digital ad buys
  • Experience negotiating sponsored advertising deals with publishers or media properties
  • Demonstrated ability to use paid media strategy to complement earned media campaigns and meet business objectives
  • Monitors the latest trends in social media, including advertising formats, channels and technologies in order to improve campaign performance and provide recommendations on how clients can best leverage new tools and services

Job description

The Senior Analyst supports the Strategic Analytics team in measuring earned media, influencer, and digital marketing campaign success against clients’ brand and business objectives. They will build relationships with brand teams, present to clients, and support new business pitches and will use social, site, mobile, and search analytics tools to inform strategy and messaging approaches. They will make actionable recommendations that inform and optimize program performance. Candidates should be critical thinkers who possess excellent communication and data storytelling skills, both written and verbal. They should possess an exceptional ability to clearly explain complex concepts to audiences of all knowledge levels. Candidates should also be able to demonstrate an understanding of the digital marketing landscape, marketing strategy, and marketing best practices.

Candidates should be expected to do the following in this role:

  • Build the foundation for data-driven marketing efforts, both strategically and tactically
  • Work cross-functionally to achieve client goals through brand and acquisition campaigns, A/B testing, and more.
  • Accomplish the above through day-to-day building blocks:
    • Institute frameworks across project and campaign lifecycles from planning to set up to in-flight to completion: measurement plans, social listening, and performance reporting
    • Dive into data, synthesize insights, and provide impactful, oftentimes actionable, recommendations to clients
    • Connect the dots across PESO channels to provide a holistic view of marketing efforts and identify opportunities

Candidates should have:

    • Fluency with data processing and visualization tools across both Microsoft or Google suites, or other data analysis tools (Power BI, Tableau, Dataroma, SQL)
    • Preferred/nice to haves: knowledge of social listening (Crimson Hexagon/Brandwatch, Meltwater, Talkwalker), earned media (Cision), owned/paid social media (social platforms)
