Who We Are & What You’ll Do

You are a team lead, running critical pieces of Food and Wellness team business, managing account teams and serving as a day-to-day client counselor. You are a key member of new business pitches and will help sell in projects to new and existing clients. An Account Supervisor (or Account Director) oversees the success of all client programming including activations, events and media relations and social/digital (influencer) programs, providing strategy and counsel and direction to clients and the junior team.

The Digital Coordinator is instrumental in supporting digital teams through day-to-day account assignments. The DC also fills the role of community management and is at the forefront of our clients’ social media communities reporting insights and learnings back to the team. In assisting with the execution of digital campaigns, the DC begins learning digital strategy, social media + influencer marketing and the sectors we serve.  

 Responsibilities

  • Community manages client social channels like Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, Snapchat and Instagram
  • Learns vendor software and social media listening/measurement tools (i.e. Sprinklr, Brandwatch, TalkWalker, etc.) 
    • Publishes content to social channels
    • Monitors social media conversations

Position Overview

The creative team at M Booth is looking for a Project Manager who will work in one of the agency’s integrated teams, and is responsible for planning, overseeing and driving progress on projects from ideation through to completion. This role requires interaction with a range of internal and external stakeholders, most often managing several work streams simultaneously. The ideal candidate is very organized, proactive, communicative, and has experience working directly with account teams and clients to track programs and ensure deliverables are on time and within the applicable scope and budget. This role will coordinate between Creative and Account teams to ensure all aspects of each project are compatible, and will orchestrate resourcing requests as needed.

Responsibilities:

  • Work with account leads and clients to take detailed briefs and clarify specs for each project
  • Creating, managing and updating timelines and budgets for projects (both short and long term)
  • Proactively ensuring timelines are progressing and team members are meeting deadlines
  • Serving as a point of contact when multiple teams are assigned to the same project to ensure team actions remain in synergy
  • Gather and process client feedback, and ensure all tasks have been delegated, and next steps are progressing.
  • Proactively communicating updates to team, client and leadership as needed
  • Ensure all parties review and sign off on items as necessary
  • Adjusting schedules and targets on the project as needed
  • Schedule meetings with internal and external stakeholders
  • Assign projects to Creative team members based on staff members’ individual strengths, skill sets and experience levels
  • Manage last minute project asks and feedback while maintaining other daily project deadlines
  • Use and continually develop leadership skills
  • Contribute to improvements in training, staffing, and processes 

 

Education / Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in field related to communication, advertising, marketing or design
  • 3+ years experience, preferably in a small-mid size creative agency atmosphere
  • Experience managing creative projects across advertising, social media content, and digital marketing is strongly preferred
  • Proficiency with G Suite Apps (Google Docs, Slides, Sheets), Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)

M Booth is looking for a Senior Digital Strategist, Social Analytics and Insights, to support its rapidly growing Digital Practice. The team supports a diverse set of clients around the agency, so this role will oversee multiple accounts here in our NYC office. A few things to know before applying:

What You’ll Bring:

  • Minimum of 4 years of relevant full-time experience; preferably in reporting for owned social media channels, social listening, competitor analysis and digital analytics
  • Working with strategy teams to create visually compelling reports with insights that allow clients to easily evaluate social listening topics, competitor activity, media trends and digital analytics
  • Setting appropriate KPIs and optimization metrics, understanding how best to approach setting benchmarks and goals according to client needs
  • Ability to cultivate strong relationships with clients and navigate their varying levels of understanding.
  • Identifying, analyzing, and interpreting trends or patterns in complex data sets.
  • Experience using digital tools to derive actionable insights, including Talkwalker, Brandwatch, Sprinklr, Google Analytics and native platform reports
  • Experience generating reports, developing budgets, and forecasting client objectives
  • Developing and applying strategic measurement frameworks to form the basis of ongoing performance assessment and optimization across paid, earned and owned channels.
  • Ability to work both independently and with the strategy team depending on the project.
  • Experience building complex boolean strings to isolate online conversations the client cares about, separating signal from noise.
  • Preferred: Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Preferred: Experience participating in new business activities from research, brainstorming, program development, presentations to establishing new client relationships.

What You’ll Do

As Vice President here on the dynamic, ever-growing Lifestyle team at M Booth, you are responsible for running a section of the practice, growing pieces of business as well as overseeing + helping drive execution of client programs and development of your team.  You possess expert client relations and counseling skills, as well as both people and agency management skills.  This VP will work for Lifestyle brands (primarily alcoholic beverages) and is expected to be media + influencer savvy, with the ability to provide strategic thought leadership to an account or multiple accounts from a 360 programming perspective.  You are expected to sell in new projects, identify new business and be fully capable to develop and lead strategic, thoughtful presentations.  As VP, you are mentoring and developing a team.
