This is an excellent opportunity for any earned media relations professional who wants to be part of a team where critical thinking meets creativity. What You’ll Do:

As Account Supervisor, you’re a team leader running critical pieces of the business. You’ll manage complex projects, lead and inspire reports, and serve as a client counselor. In this role, you will work on two pieces of business: one oversees a robust, well-oiled team that plans and launches ~one initiative each quarter; the other is a recent business win, and you’ll work closely with that VP to get the account up and running.

Client Leadership

What You’ll Do:

As a Digital Strategist on our Consumer team, you’ll manage all aspects of integrated influencer campaigns from helping to craft the strategy to leading all aspects of the execution, as well as leading client communications and playing a key role in collaborating with paid and owned social partners.

Responsibilities:

  • Inform influencer campaign strategies based on business needs, opportunities presented by ever-changing social landscape and previous learnings
  • Lead influencer relations including partner identification and vetting, outreach, negotiations, contracting, briefing, content review process
  • Lead influencer campaign reporting and push team to go beyond the metrics to share actionable learnings with clients
  • Work closely with paid and owned social partners to deliver campaign POVs to clients and negotiate necessary rights with influencers to deliver assets according to plan
  • Actively provide digital updates with Consumer team with the opportunity to take lead on client POVs that can be repurposed for clients across the practice
  • Serve as client lead on influencer campaigns including written communications and presenting on calls/meetings
  • Maintain strong connections with influencers and their agents
  • Work with junior teammates on campaigns and serve as their coach in the influencer space

What You’ll Bring:

  • 4-5 years of experience working in influencer / digital marketing, in an agency setting or in-house
  • Solid foundation in organic influencer relations including experience creating influencer campaign strategies and execution of all components

  • Recruit for multi-level positions in multiple major markets across multiple time zones; Identify and attract outstanding talent through job posts, industry networking, referrals, advertising, and relationship building. (Mid – Senior Level Roles (Director)).
  • Consult internal stakeholders on best practices; Have the ability to create fresh ideas and new thinking for agency recruiting. Staying updated on industry trends and competitive landscape.
  • Experience with Greenhouse or comparable applicant tracking software.
  • Optimization and management of the candidate feedback process.
  • Work with VP, Talent Acquisition and VP, Diversity and Inclusion to help recruit and educate young talent about M Booth and our internship program.
  • Constant communication with agency leadership to proactively recruit for future hiring needs. Partner with HR and Internal Stakeholders to optimize on-boarding and make improvements.
  • Partnering with Internal Stakeholders on Diversity & Inclusion initiatives.
  • Assist with on‐campus recruitment platforms and increase brand awareness among target schools.
  • A proven record of identifying diverse talent within the creating communications space.
  • Oversee internal referral program, ensuring referrals are routed appropriately to Recruiters for review and consideration.

Sourcing and Pipelining (30%):

  • Work with VP, Talent Acquisition, CFO & SVP of HR to understand urgent new hire needs prior to attending events in order to garner a pipeline of talent.
  • Meet with Key Stakeholders within M Booth to understand business needs and key areas to find future talent.
  • Proactively source passive and active candidates via the following means to generate robust talent pipelines:
    • LinkedIn
    • College and career fairs
    • Social Media channels
    • Job boards
    • Employee referrals
    • Additional creative avenues 

What You’ll Bring: 

  • 5-7 years of full-life cycle recruiting for senior level talent in a fast-paced, high growth environment - both agency and in-house experience preferred.
  • Must understand and have a strong knowledge of sourcing passive talent.
  • Continuously build a diverse talent pipeline by using creative sourcing strategies and techniques, building both a short and long-term pipeline.
  • Manage, drive, and own the full cycle recruiting process for various business groups by creating robust pipelines through active sourcing of multiple channels, screening resumes, interviewing, and closing candidates.
  • Proven success delivering customer service through relationship building and understanding of the business.
  • Proactive and able to work autonomously.
  • Must be organized, able to independently prioritize, and multi-task.

We are a collaborative mid-sized agency with an immediate opportunity for a Vice President to join our growing Lifestyle team!


What You’ll Do:

As Vice President / VPGM here on the dynamic, ever-growing Lifestyle team at M Booth, you are responsible for running a section of the practice, growing pieces of business as well as overseeing + helping drive execution of client programs and development of your team.  You possess expert client relations and counseling skills, as well as both people and agency management skills.  This VP will work for Lifestyle brands and is expected to be media + influencer savvy, with the ability to provide strategic thought leadership to an account or multiple accounts from a 360 programming perspective.  You are expected to sell in new projects, identify new business and be fully capable to develop and lead strategic, thoughtful presentations.  As Vice President, you are mentoring and developing a team.

The VP/VPGM is expected to be tenacious in motivating teams, inspiring clients as you go above-and-beyond to understand their business and managing up in an effective manager to senior leadership.   

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a leader in account management and team performance
    • Responsible for macro team deliverables and client communication
  • A strategic voice for the client
    • Provides high-level client counsel on program, setting strategies, manages client expectations and helping team problem solve/come to solutions
